Navy's personnel. Therefore, the Mexican Navy, through the Center for Higher Naval Studies (CESNAV) has implemented the "CESNAV's English e-learning Course” in order to achieve the institutional goal of becoming a bilingual Navy by the year 2037.
The CESNAV's Online English Course is a comprehensive language program that provides students with sufficient practice in order to acquire the necessary skills to become proficient users of the English language.
